E-POSTER GALLERY
The online virtual platform will have an “E-Poster Gallery” where all e-posters and pitches will be showcased. In the E-Poster Gallery, participants will be able to visit your e-poster and comment, give feedback, watch your pitch and network with you. Moreover, the scientific program of the conference includes an "E-Poster Pick of the Day Session" on day 2 and 3 of the conference. During these sessions, an RSV expert will highlight 3 of the best poster and discuss them in further detail.

There are 2 parts to presenting an e-poster on the online virtual platform:

1. E-POSTERS: You can find general e-poster guidelines below. Please submit your e-poster in PDF format.
2.
PRE-RECORDED PITCH: Optionally, to supplement the e-poster, presenters are able to submit a 3-minute pitch summarizing their e-poster. Presenters are personally responsible for recording their pitches. There are 2 methods we suggest to record your pitch:
1 . Zoom: You can download Zoom application on your laptop or mobile device. On this application you are able to record your pitch.
2. PowerPoint: To record your pitch on Microsoft PowerPoint, please view the instructions here.
POSTER SUBMISSION
Submit your poster and optional complimentary pitch by sending an email to info@resvinet.org,  with the subject line: “RSVVW’21 - E-POSTER PRESENTATION & PITCH [LAST NAME]”. The deadline for submitting your e-poster and pre-recorded pitch is October 15th, 2021. This is a strict deadline, if you are experiencing any difficulties with your e-poster or pitch, please contact us as soon as possible.
