1. Zoom Download & Test-Run The entire conference will be held on Zoom. Please download the Desktop App if possible (Download Center - Zoom). A test-run will be scheduled to make sure you are comfortable using Zoom.
2. Presentation Time Make sure you prepare a presentation which fits within the time indicated in the program. We kindly ask you to keep to the indicated time.
3. Presentations Pre-Recording The deadline to submit your pre-recorded lecture is October 15th, 2021. There are different methods to pre-record your lecture. We recommend: - Using Zoom - Using Teams - Using Powerpoint Please submit your pre-recorded lecture by sending an email to info@resvinet.org, with subject line "[NAME] RSVVW’21 Pre-Recorded Lecture". 4. Presentation Slides We ask you to send your slides in PPT and PDF format to us. Please provide us your slides before November 3rd, 2021. More information will be shared later.
If combining video films with PowerPoint, please make sure to check it in the online virtual test environment before your presentation.
Please note: all speakers are requested to include a slide disclosing conflicts of interest at the beginning of their presentation.
